Shipping Policy
Processing time takes 1-4 days. Shipping takes 2-5 days depending on the location. Our Products should get to your door step in 6 days max 9 days. Keep in mind during the holidays shipping time may vary. Please allow 24-72 hours to receive your tracking number through via email.
Due to safely measures once you receive your product we won't be able to issue a refund. If your product so happened to come broken please email us immediately to resolve the issue.

CANCELLING AN ORDER
Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it after 1 hour as your order might have already been processed.
Please drop us an email at bendeluxeco@gmail.com as soon as possible if you'd like to cancel an order that you have just made.
- UNCLAIMED ORDERS We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, deliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address. If you notice an incorrect or insufficient address when receiving the confirmation email, email us back as soon as possible at bendeluxeco@gmail.com as a reply to your order confirmation email with the updated details. Once we process the order we are not able to change the address and we are not to be held responsible for incorrect or insufficient address. Thank you!
