Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy: 

Processing time takes 3-14 business days. Shipping takes 2-5 business days depending on the location. (Business days are weekdays, weekends are not included) Our Products should get to your door step in 3-5 days but max 8-19 days. Our oil takes weeks to make but we are usually very fast with shipping so its very rare for it to arrive in 19 days. I always want to make sure my customers get the best!

Keep in mind during the holidays or severe weather shipping time may vary, due to a higher volume of orders.

Please allow 24-72 hours when you receive your tracking number for USPS to scan your package to receive tracking updates.

Refund Policy                                                                       

 Due to safety measures, once you receive your product we won't be able to issue a refund. If your product so happened to come broken please email us immediately to resolve the issue.  

• CANCELLING AN ORDER
  Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it after 1 hour as your order might have already been processed.
  Please drop us an email at  bendeluxeco@gmail.com 30 minutes after order has been placed, if you'd like to cancel an order that you have just made.                                       
•  UNCLAIMED ORDERS                                                                                                           We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, deliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address. If you notice an incorrect or insufficient address when receiving the confirmation email, email us back as soon as possible at bendeluxeco@gmail.com as a reply to your order confirmation email with the updated details.
