Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. When we process your order we will send out an email with your tracking number.
Q: What If I need to cancel my order?
A: If you need to cancel your order please email us within 1 hour of your purchase. Since we typically do launches our products are already made and ready to ship.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Our top priority is providing quality products while getting it to your door as fast as possible. Processing time takes 3-14 business days. Shipping takes 2-5 business days depending on the location. (Business days are weekdays, weekends are not included) Our Products should get to your door step in 3-5 days but max 8-19 days. Our oil takes weeks to make but we are usually very fast with shipping so its very rare for it to arrive in 19 days. I always want to make sure my customers get the best!
Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: Right now we do not. We will be offering International shipping in the future!
Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?
A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be use done-time only upon purchasing your product. We never store any information about our customers private details!

Q: How do I order on your website?
A: Simply find the product you'd want and click the 'Add To Bag' button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!
Q: Does Bendeluxeco provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?
A: Absolutely! If you find damages to the product, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed! You can always get a free exchange of your product simply by shipping it back to us with image proof sent first.
Why does it take 6 weeks to make? Just like fine wine, the oil+herbs sit/infuse together, and the product gets better with time. After 3 years of testing we noticed everything is completely infused at 6 weeks. It’s a beautiful process!!
